After completing this application, a copy of your submission will be sent to your email address.

In order for us to make a decision regarding your application, you must include all information requested. You will be notified of our decision via email at the end of January 2026.

Environment Canterbury Authority 

Authority is required from Environment Canterbury to undertake an activity, including planting and maintenance, within 7.5m of Saltwater Creek under the Flood Protection and Drainage Bylaw.

If your application is successful, we can apply for Authority from Environment Canterbury on your behalf or assist you in your authority application. ​
